Center-invest Bank launched a new programme for purchasing real estate at a preferential rate — Mortgage for Excellent Students.

Preferential financing is available to all specialists who graduated from a higher education institution with honours, regardless of the year of graduation.

Real estate purchase loan under the Mortgage for Excellent Students programme is provided at a rate of 12% per annum (full loan value from 11.897% to 14.997%) for a maximum loan term up to 20 years with a minimum 10% down payment and can be used for purchase of residential property both in new buildings and on the secondary market.
