On 17, November, in Moscow, there was held a meeting between President of Export-import Bank of USA Phillip Merrill and s group of russian bankers. The Chairman of Directors Board of "Center-invest" Bank, D. Sc. in economics, professor V. Vysokov, has taken part in it. In his speech professor Vysokov reminded that cooperation between Ex-Im Bank of USA and "Center-invest" Bank has begun in 1997. He paid American side attention to necessity of widening operations with regional banks, first of all with in South of Russia, for crediting purchases of equipment for small and medium enterprises.
