In 2020, 7846 households improved their living conditions thanks to a mortgage from Center-invest Bank. The total value of mortgages issued was RUB16bn. The bank has its own mortgage programmes and it also participates in government-subsidised programmes. In addition, it has recently introduced unique ESG loans for frontline medical workers.

Center-invest Bank has reported its profits for 2020. Even at a time of crisis, the ESG banking business model is proving financially effective and resilient. Center-invest Bank’s profits for 2020 (applying RAS) were RUB1.6bn.

In 2020 Center-invest Bank lent businesses a total of RUB77bn. Customers in the SME sector accounted for 92% of business loans.

As is traditional, the February edition of The Banker magazine includes an analysis of the Russian banking sector. It gives a positive assessment, reporting that the sector is sufficiently stable. The Banker also published its traditional ranking of Russian banks. This year, thanks to its work with the real economy, Center-invest Bank ranks among Russia’s top 15 banks.

In the last six months, solar panels installed at Center-invest Bank’s head office have generated 4,500kW of clean energy. This has been used to power the terminals in the bank’s 24/7 self-service zone.

In November 2020 the Nechitailo Museum in Salsk became a partner for Center-invest Bank’s “Southern Russia’s Artistic Heritage” programme. With financial support from the bank, the museum runs an excursion programme for its "Don Artists” exhibition.
