Center-invest Bank held its annual meeting of shareholders at its head office in Rostov-on-Don on 2 June 2016. Ahead of the meeting, the bank organised a series of meetings between its shareholders and its managers and customers. This approach helps to overcome misconceptions in Europe about southern Russia’s economy and the risks in its financial sector.

Center-invest Bank has launched a new mortgage product with an interest rate of 10% per annum. This rate is lower than that offered by our competitors. The average mortgage rate in Russia is 13-14%.

Center-invest Bank’s loan portfolio has increased by RUB2.55bn since the start of 2016. For the first time, our loan portfolio has exceeded RUB80bn. The stable growth in lending can be attributed to record low interest rates for loans from Center-invest Bank, and our long-term sustainable development strategy, comprehensive support for entrepreneurs, and advice for customers.

On 26 April 2016 Moody′s Investors Service affirmed Center-invest Bank’s B1 long-term rating for deposits and senior debt, outlook stable. Center-invest Bank is the only bank in southern Russia to have had an international rating since 2006.

Center-invest Bank has again performed very well in ratings of Russia’s leading banks for SMEs. Customer trust and record low interest rates for loans from Center-invest Bank have contributed to this success.

Center-invest Bank ranks 6th of the Top-30 Russian banks by size of individual entrepreneurs loan portfolio in 2015 according to the Expert RA rating agency. Individual entrepreneurs of southern Russia choose Center-invest Bank for its record low interest rates, individual conditions, reliability and high quality.

As in previous years, Center-invest Bank ran a number of events to raise financial literacy in the region during Global Money Week.

Center-invest Bank ranks 38^th in the annual bank reliability rating published by Forbes business magazine. We are the only bank in southern Russia to be in the Top 50 most reliable Russian banks.
