For 6 months of 2021, Center-invest Bank made 3,813 mortgage loans totalling RUB8.2bn. 40% of customer’s transactions account for the purchase of real estate in the primary market. The bank's mortgage portfolio as of 01.07.2021 amounted to RUB44.6bn.

The Center-Invest Bank's Financial Literacy Center, together with the Association for the Development of Financial Literacy and other partners, have developed a special training course for volunteers to work with people with hearing impairments and disabilities.

On 15 July 2021 Moody’s Investors Service affirmed Center-invest Bank’s Ba3 rating for long-term local and foreign-currency deposits, outlook stable.

Center-invest Bank has entered into an agreement with the company Solar Systems for the supply of electricity from the Staromarev Solar Power Plant (Block 3) in Stavropol krai. On 5 July 2021 the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) affirmed Center-invest Bank’s and Bank’s bond issue A(RU) national scale rating, outlook stable.

As a result of the implementation of the state program to support agricultural complex in the Rostov Region, Center-invest Bank accounts for 42% of loan agreements with agricultural enterprises in the region.
