Center-invest Bank is the first bank in southern Russia to provide loans for homeowners’ associations to renovate apartment buildings and reduce energy consumption. The bank presented its unique experience in this area at a seminar in Krasnodar on “The Practicalities of Energy Efficiency Modernisation of Multifamily Residential Buildings”. The event was organised by the RuSEFF “Warm Life” programme.

On 29 May Mrs Tatiana Vysokova, member of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank, received a letter of gratitude from the Rostov-on-Don city administration for her contribution to the city’s socioeconomic development and her philanthropic work. The letter was presented by the head of the administration, Sergei Gorban.

Russia’s first Positive Economy Forum will be held on 16 June 2015 in Rostov-on-Don. The event is being organised by Center-invest Bank together with PlaNet Finance (France). The main venue will be the Vertol-Ekspo exhibition centre. The event has the support of the Office of the Russian Presidential Plenipotentiary and the Governor of the Rostov Region.

Center-invest Bank’s BO-02 series bonds have matured. The bank has redeemed and paid the coupon on these bonds, which had been trading since 2012.

The Banki.ru portal (www.banki.ru) has published a ranking of Russia’s mortgage lenders (banks) in 2014. Center-invest Bank ranks 4th for the number of mortgages issued in Russian regions (excl. Moscow and Moscow region), 20th for the total number of mortgages issued, and 23rd for its mortgage portfolio.

The Financial Literacy Centre in Rostov-on-Don marked its first anniversary last month. The facility was set up by Center-invest Bank and the Southern Federal University in April 2014. In the past year it has improved the financial literacy of more than 5,000 Rostov residents.
