Bank Center-invest increased its capital 1.7 times.
Bank Center-invest capital reached RUR 1783 million as of 01.11.05. From the beginning of this year the capital has grown 1.7 times, including due to RUR 361 million of profit and purchase of additional share issue by German investment corporation DEG and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to the amount of USD 19.5 million.

Center-Invest Bank issues additional stocks <br>
<p>Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG) has become a shareholder of Center-Invest Bank JSC (based in Rostov-on-Don), having bought out some additional stocks of the bank for $14.5mln. According to the company's official documents, the Central Bank of Russia registered results of an additional stock issue, under which DEG holds 20.63% of the bank stocks.

Bank Center-invest finances goods supply to Trade Center “Metro Cash and Carry”
On October 28 Bank Center-invest together with Trade Center “METRO Cash and Carry” with the support of Rostov region administration held a seminar “Goods supply to Trade Center “METRO Cash and Carry” and mechanisms of its financing”. Directors of 200 Rostov region companies, producing different types of goods, took part in the seminar.

Web-site RBC.ru has published rating “The most branchy banks of Russia”. Bank Center-invest entered the TOP-30 of the largest banks and took the 26th position. According to the information of RBC.ru, branch network of Bank Center-invest made up 35 branches and additional offices and also 32 operational cash desks in Rostov, Volgograd and Krasnodar regions as of 01.08.2005.
