On April 28 international seminar “Banks and small entrepreneurship: facilitation of access to financial resources in South Federal District”. The seminar was organized by World Bank and Association of Regional Russian Banks.

Teachers of Don region were awarded by Bank Center-invest
On April 28 the final part of regional contest “Teacher of the year of Don region – 2005” took place. In the frames of “Doubling of knowledge” program Bank Center-invest instituted special nomination “For the best method elaboration” for the finalists of the contest. In its frames the Bank granted 3 money premiums of 5000 rubles each.

Bank Center-invest and SALANS Company doubled the project financing knowledge of the entrepreneurs of the South of Russia
On April 21 and 22 in the frames of the program “Doubling of knowledge” OJSC credit bank Center-invest together with legal company SALANS have held a series of seminars devoted to “Project financing by international finance institutions” in Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar cities. Over 200 businessmen and officials have visited the seminars.

Journal “Kommersant. Money.” (N13, 2005) has published rating “TOP-100 of the retail banks from the number of the banks that joined deposit insurance system at 1st stage”. Among the TOP-100 of the largest Russian banks OJSC credit bank Center-invest took the 49th position by the volume of personal deposits.

On April 19, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC credit bank Center-invest professor V.Vysokov, Doctor in Economics, was awarded the diploma of the winner of the contest “Manager of the year in banking sphere – 2004” in nomination “Dynamic development”. The ceremony was held in the Column hall of the House of Unions.

DEG granted to Bank Center-invest a credit line for lending to SMEs and mortgage lending
On April 19 German corporation for investments and development DEG and OJSC credit bank Center-invest have signed an agreement, which declares the granting of credit line to Bank Center-invest to the amount of USD 7.5 million. The line is granted to Bank Center-invest for the term of 5 years and is aimed at lending to SMEs and mortgage lending to individuals.

On April 15 new branch of Bank Center-invest was opened for the customers. New address of the branch is Lenin Street, 115. In a comfortable and modern office the bank staff grants to the individuals and enterprises a full range of banking services of European standards. They include payment settlements and cash services, deposits (including those with the drawing of prizes), credits and plastic cards, money transfers.

On April 11 and 12, 8th Russian economic forum took place in London. Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC credit bank Center-invest professor V. Vysokov, Doctor in Economics, made a report at the meeting of the forum section “Gaze at Russian regions”. He offered the process of realization of the program “Doubling with Bank Center-invest” in the regions of the South of Russia.
