Center-invest bank became a billionaire!
The authorized capital of JSC Center-invest bank came to 1.075 billion of ru-bles as of December 24, 2004. The billion frontier was got over in result of realiza-tion of agreement between Center-invest bank and The International Finance Corpo-ration (IFC – the structure of the World Bank responsible for investments to private sector) on extension to Rostov bank of subordinated loan in amount of $5 millions for 6 years period and credit line in amount of $5 millions.

On December 17, 2004 in Pokrovskoe village was opened the 32nd office of Center-invest bank. Coming of the largest Rostov bank which operates in compliance with the in-ternational standards will enable enterprises and people of Neklinovsky region (enters Top-5 largest agricultural producing districts of Rostov oblast) to get access to the most contemporary banking technologies.

KFW opened a credit line to Center-invest bank for small business fi-nancing
On December 08 Credit institute for Economic Restoration (KfW – the bank, Germany) opened for Center-invest bank a credit line to finance small and medium-size business of the South of Russia. The line in amount of 6 millions euro was ex-tended to Rostov bank for 6.5 years and destined to producing, service and trade enterprises. The maximal amount of credit within KfW's line comes to 125 thou-sands euro for 4 years.

According to the rating TOP-200 Banks in the Volumes of Loans to Individual Entre-preneurs as of August 01, 2004 (National Banking Magazine, October 2004) Center-invest bank took 34th place. From the beginning of 2004 Center-invest bank granted 450 loans to the amount of over 450 mln. rubles.
