On 9 December 2020, the placement of a new RUB300m issue of Center-invest Bank green bonds began on the Moscow Exchange in its Sustainable Development Sector. The bank's experts predict that the environmental impact of this issue will be equivalent to a reduction in CO2 emissions of 6,408 tonnes.

The final of the national student competition, FinCup SFEDU, was held on 5 December. Center-invest Bank was one of the competition partners and provided the main prize.

Thanks to a Center-invest Bank pilot project, since 1 September, several dozen schools have been able to accept cashless payments for school meals. Over 25,000 pupils are participating in the project.

In 2020 Center-invest Bank began rolling out an ATM cash pay-in service for companies and sole traders as part of its business process transformation. In the first 11 months of 2020, customers paid in more than RUB8bn at ATMs.

Center-invest Bank has awarded cash prizes to the winners of a competition held in southern Russia for the best online course for university students. The total prize fund was RUB1m.

In November 2020, Tsimlyansk Marine Engineering Plant and Volgodonsk Wood Panels Factory signed banking services agreements with Center-invest Bank. Both companies are in the federal list of "systemically important" companies.

In the first 10 months of 2020 Center-invest Bank made 856 loans for a total of RUB6.6bn under a Russian Ministry of Agriculture preferential loan programme. This was a 10% increase on the same period of last year.

The Bank of Russia has noted Center-invest Bank’s contribution to financial education and has thanked Dr Vasily Vysokov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, for supporting the work of the Russian Financial Literacy Association.
