Center-invest Bank took the 31st position of the rating by the number of granted mortgage loans and 42nd by the amount. According to the information of RBC.ru during the first 6 months of 2006 Center-invest has granted 298 loans for the purchase of flats and houses to the amount of over USD 8,4 million.

Center-invest Bank and Rostselmash promote technical reequipment of the agroindustrial enterprises of the South of Russia
The largest commercial bank of the South of Russia – Center-invest Bank and leading Russian producer of agricultural equipment, Rostselmash company, have signed an Agreement on partnership in the sphere of financing of the agricultural equipment purchase. For the first two weeks agroindustrial enterprises of the South of Russia have been granted financing in Center-invest Bank for the purchase of seven new combine harvesters within the framework of agreement with Rostselmash.

Bank Center-Invest (Russia) successfully closes a 3 year USD 45 million syndicated loan
Bank Center-Invest (Rostov-on-Don, Russia), the largest regional bank in Southern Russia, today closed a USD 45 million syndicated loan. The loan was significantly oversubscribed and increased from USD 30 million up to USD 45 million to meet demand.

Traditions and prospects of regional planning
On July 12 the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank professor Vasily V. Vysokov, doctor in economics, gave a lecture named “Traditions and prospects of regional planning” to the members of Rostov region Administration. A formal reason for the lecture was a peculiar anniversary of the lecturer: 30 years ago sharp a graduate from Rostov Institute of National Economy started cooperating with regional Administration. However, the lecture was not devoted to memoirs, but to relevant problems of territorial planning improvement under new conditions.

Center-invest Bank strengthened its positions in TOP-100 of the Russian Banks
Economic weekly edition “Kommersant-Money” (№21 of 29.05 – 04.04.06) has published rating “TOP-100 of the largest Russian banks by the amount of net assets”. Center-invest Bank took the 77th position of this rating. According to the information of “Komersant-Money” journal, net assets of Center-invest Bank exceeded RUR 14,5 billion as of 01.04.06.
