On March 13, in Gelendzhik Center-invest Bank held a seminar for the entrepreneurs of Gelendzhik and Anapa devoted to “Lending to enterprises of sanatoria and health resorts complex of Krasnodar Territory”. Over 70 entrepreneurs and directors of sanatoria, private hotels and mini-hotels took part in the seminar.

Center-invest Bank attracted USD 80 million to the economy of the South of Russia
On February 28 in London, Center-invest Bank signed an agreement on receiving an international syndicated loan to the amount of USD 80 million, which was organized by the following banks: Standard Bank PLC (London) and Commerzbank AG (Frankfurt). The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of syndication participant banks, of legal companies, members of the Board of Directors of the Bank as well as leading journalists of London financial papers.

Bank Center-invest (Russia) US$80,000,000 Syndicated Term Loan Facility / 200% OVERSUBSCRIBED
Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank Center-invest (“Center-invest”) is pleased to announce that its US$80 Million Syndicated Term Loan Facility (the “Facility’’) was successfully closed and signed on 28 February, 2007 in London. The Facility is the second successful international syndicated loan for Center-invest. The first international syndicated loan was a US$45 Million A/B loan arranged by the EBRD in July 2006 with 15 participants.

On February 27, Center-invest Bank witnessed ceremonial presentation of scholarships certificates for the best excellent students of five Rostov higher educational establishments – 139 talented students of SFU, RSEU, RSMU, DSTU, RSCU and NCASS received name scholarships from Center-invest Bank amounting to RUR 10 000 each.
