Bank Center-invest and EBRD develop socially important projects in the South of Russia
On September 7 in Sochi Center-invest Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed an agreement on granting a syndicated loan amounting to RUR 1 billion for the term of 7 years to Bank Center-invest. Funds will be allocated to the development of mortgage lending and implementation of energy-saving technologies in the South of Russia. It is planned that FMO (De Nederlandse Financierings Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden NV) will become a participant of the syndication.

KfW-bank and Center-invest Bank discussed investment projects in the South of Russia
On July 20-22 a meeting of KfW bank (Germany) and Center-invest Bank took place in Volgograd. German delegation was headed by the Chairman of Board of Managing Directors of KfW, Mrs. Ingrid Matthäus-Maier while the largest Bank of the South of Russia was represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC CB “Center-invest”, professor Vasily V. Vysokov, doctor in economics, and Independent director, ex-president of “Deutsche Bundesbank”, Ernst Welteke.

Center-invest Bank introduced the South of Russia at the annual investors’ forum in Moscow
On June 18-20, the 11-th annual conference of investors of Renaissance Capital took place in Moscow. During the conference the reports were given by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Center-invest, President of the Endowment Fund “Education and Science of SFD”, Dr. Vasily V. Vysokov, and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Bank Olga V. Vysokova.

In June “Rus-Rating” Agency raised credit rating of OJSC CB “Center-invest” from “BB” up to “BB+” level, “stable” (see annex №1).

Vasily Vysokov, head of the Rostov-based bank Center-invest, was the runner-up in the international sustainable banking contest, sponsored by the Financial Times and International Finance Corporation.

Vasily Vysokov, head of the Rostov-based bank Center Invest, is a finalist nominated for the Financial Times Sustainable Bankers of the Year Award. He will attend the award ceremony on 7 June in London.
