Dr Vasily Vysokov, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank, attended the Europe Summit held by the Institute of International Finance (IIF) in Frankfurt on 25-26 June.

Center-invest Bank was a financial partner for a start-up forum held in the Centre for Entrepreneurship in Rostov-on-Don at the end of June. The event included the regional stage of the Russian Young Entrepreneur 2015 competition.

The chairman of the Executive Board of Center-invest Bank, Yuri Bogdanov, attended the international SAP Financial Services Forum held in London. Over 400 bankers from around the world gathered at the Forum to discuss the latest trends and future developments in banking technology.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank, Dr Vasily Vysokov, took part in a recent IFC Financial Institutions Group Knowledge Forum. Dr Vysokov presented a paper entitled “Transformational Banking: made in Russia” and spoke about Center-invest Bank’s experience of working with IFC.

The winners of the “Let’s Clean Up the City” social advertising competition were announced on 5 June 2015, World Environment Day. The competition was an initiative of the Environmental Protection Committee of the Rostov-on-Don city administration, with organisational support provided by Center-invest Bank and the company Clean City.

Center-invest Bank is the first bank in southern Russia to provide loans for homeowners’ associations to renovate apartment buildings and reduce energy consumption. The bank presented its unique experience in this area at a seminar in Krasnodar on “The Practicalities of Energy Efficiency Modernisation of Multifamily Residential Buildings”. The event was organised by the RuSEFF “Warm Life” programme.

On 29 May Mrs Tatiana Vysokova, member of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank, received a letter of gratitude from the Rostov-on-Don city administration for her contribution to the city’s socioeconomic development and her philanthropic work. The letter was presented by the head of the administration, Sergei Gorban.
