On 7 June, there was held a meeting of JSC "Rostovenergo" shareholders. Due to decision of meeting The President of Center Invest Bank V. Vysokov has joined the Director's Board of "Rostovenergo".

Vasily V. Vysokov is D. Sc. in economics, Professor, the head of director's board of Center-invest Bank, vice-president of CCI of Rostov Region and member of European Economics Association. He is a participant of World Economic Forum in Davos, annual meetings of World Bank, EBRD and other international economics forums. V. Vysokov is author of more that 200 published works in problems of economics of transition period, privatization and post-privatization development, small business.
