On May 14, 2002 Loan Agreement between Center-Invest Bank and International Financial Corporation (IFC). The three years credit line was opened for Center-Invest Bank in amount of 2 millions of dollars.

IFC enters the group of the World Bank and is the largest international organization - source of funding for private sec-tor enterprises. Within this agreement Center-Invest Bank should grant loans to small and medium enterprises of the Don. Accord-ing to condition of the agreement such enterprises should employ fewer than 800 employees and have annual sales of less than 15 millions of dollars.

Opening of credit line enables enterprises of Rostov region to get the source of "long money" that Rostov economy falls so short of. Deciding factor of IFC's choice of Center-Invest Bank as a partner became its solid reputation and manager's profes-sionalism.
