On February 14, 2002 three was signed an agreement on eco-nomical cooperation between Administration of Azov town and JSC Commercial bank Center-Invest.

In the last year similar agreement was concluded with Ad-ministration of Rostov city. It is directed to efficient devel-opment of city economy on the basis of mutually beneficial coop-eration.

In the network of the agreement the following questions were considered: possibility of the bank's participation in the pur-pose programs for accumulation of resources with the following efficient usage, servicing by Center-Invest Bank of amounts di-rected to development of Azov infrastructure according to the decisions of federal and regional authorities.

Except the standard banking services Center-Invest Bank also provides consulting and expert services within the approved mu-nicipal economical programs and projects of Azov enterprises.

As Deputy Chairman of the Board of Center-Invest Bank, A.L. Kotchergin, noticed agreement with Administration of Azov town should make possible to solve current financial problems of the town promptly and efficiently and also to start realization of prospective investment projects.
