On November 11-13, 2004 JSC Center-invest bank took part in the exhibition "Small Business in Economy of the Don" being held within the forum "The Days of Small Business on the Don". Upon the results of the exhibition Center-invest bank was awarded by a di-ploma for high professionalism in development and implementation of financial vehicles supporting small enterprises of Rostov oblast. Thus, small business of the Don confirmed once again that regards Center-invest bank as its most reliable partner and the best bank.

It is indicative that the clientele of the bank comprised sig-nificant share of exhibition's participants. Guests and visitors especially noted that the clients of Center-invest are presented not only in all districts of the Rostov region, but in all indus-tries of industries of the Don's economy also.

For a long time Center-invest bank has been successfully sup-porting small enterprises providing them not only most contempo-rary financial technologies but access to the resources of the in-ternational financial organizations as well. Credit and guarantee lines to the clients of Center-invest bank are opened by the lead-ing financial institutions: The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ($13 mln.), The United States Agency for Interna-tional Development ($6 mln.), The International Financial Corpora-tion ($2 mln.), Russian Bank for Development ($3 mln.).

From the beginning of 2004 over 1800 loans in amount of 4 bil-lions rubles have been contracted in the bank by enterprises of small business and individual entrepreneurs. The share of Center-invest bank in the volume of loans granted to small business of Rostov oblast exceeded 27%. At present time over 6000 small enter-prises and 3000 of individual entrepreneurs are the customers with the bank.

Center-invest bank in its exposition on the exhibition was presented as a vendor of contemporary, profitable and reliable fi-nancial services to small enterprises.

A project "Small Business: Doubling together with Center-invest bank" was presented to the participants of the exhibition. Business of the Center-invest's clients is developing and growing successfully together with the bank by the means of modern banking technologies application and long-term financing. That is direct endowment of small business and Center-invest bank in doubling of GDP.Vladimir Fedorovich Chyub, Governor of Rostov oblast, was the first who got acquainted with hot new technologies of Center-invest bank. There was demonstrated a project "Partner" – a pro-gram facilitating the search of German business-partners for en-terprises of the Don. Special web-site "Internet Association of Small Enterprises of the Don" (www.amb-don.ru) with a page con-taining suggestions of German entrepreneurs on co-operation with Russian partners was created for realization of the project. From German side the Representative office of German economy in the Russian Federation took active part in the project – over 30 sug-gestions from German businessmen have been given within the first month of project running.

Center-invest bank also presented new project "Client" on the exhibition. Within the framework of this program entrepreneurs executed credit contract with Center-invest bank towards the end of 2004 would receive free international plastic card and personal web-site.

Attention of the participants of exhibition was drawn by a "Hot Line" project of Rostov Regional Agency for Small and Medium-size Business Support. On the web-cite of Center-invest bank a set of answers on the most frequently asked questions of small busi-ness representatives is published on the regular basis. From the beginning of the year operators of the "Hot Line" advices 1219 en-trepreneurs on the issues of taxation, book-keeping, civil law and other.
