Credit portfolio of “Center Invest” bank for February 11, 2005 exceeded 6 billion rubles. “Center Invest” bank granted 45% of credits given by local banks in Rostov Region.

In the nearest future “Center Invest” bank plans to build up the credit portfolio for the amount equivalent to USD 2.5 million, at the sake of distribution of the first tranch of International Financial Corporation (IFC) credit line. The total amount of the IFC credit line equals to USD 5 million for the period of 5 years.

IFC grants “long money” (maximal term of loan – 5 years) to small and medium scale companies stimulating economy of Southern Russia. For the first time ever the credit tranch was granted in Russian rubles – it saves currency risks for the clients of “Center Invest”.

For today the largest world banks granted to “Center Invest” credit and guarantee lines for the amount over USD 70 million.
