On the 18th of February the Board of Directors of OJSC credit bank Center-invest approved the changes of the structure of the Board of Bank.

Anna A. Shtabnova was elected the Chairman of the Board of OJSC credit bank Center-invest. Anna Shtabnova is a respected person among her colleagues and a skillful manager, Ph.D. (Economics); she has been working in Bank Center-invest for nine years and is a member of the Board. Anna Shtabnova has rich experience in the sphere of cooperation with foreign partners of Center-invest. A. Shtabnova replaced Anatoly Y. Cherenkov who took up the post of New Banking Technologies Advisor to the President of OJSC credit bank Center-invest. At the present moment A. Cherenkov works on his doctoral thesis on the basis of experience of Bank Center-invest.

Changes in the structure of the Board of OJSC credit bank Center-invest are connected with the realization of the strategy of bank’s and its clients’ business doubling. Hence, the structure of the Board is based on the principles of functional specialization according to work directions:

• Risk Management (A. Shipilov - Deputy Chairman of the Board, Ph. D. (Engineering sciences));

• Corporate Business (V. Glushko – Deputy Chairman of the Board, Ph. D. (Engineering sciences));

• Retail Business (G. Zhukov);

• Treasury (G. Chorayan – Ph. D. (Engineering sciences), MSc in Economics and Finance);

• Clearing Systems and Information Technologies (S. Orlova);

• Business and Finance Accounting (E. Kuzheleva – Chief Accountant, FIAB).

The new structure of the Board will allow increasing the efficiency and integration of modern banking services for legal entities; it will also provide stable growth of business scales of Bank Center-invest and its customers in the frames of the realization of development strategy up to 2009.
