On November 9, 2006 Bank Center-invest floated its first bond debt amounting to RUB 1.5 billion at Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange.

Bank Center-invest became the first bank of the South of Russia to place bonds at MICEX.

Debt characteristics: maturity of the bond issue is 3 years, bonds provide for yearly offer.

During the tender the total amount of applications exceeded RUB 2 billion. According to the results of the tender the Issuer set first coupon rate of interest at 10% per annum. Coupon payments are twice a year.

The organizer of the bonds issue is ROSBANK. The Bank of Moscow acted as a leading co-organizer, other co-organizers are: ORGRESBANK and Absolutbank. Nomos-Bank, IB Trust, AG Capital, InvestSberBank became co-underwriters. The official partner is Interbank clearing system.

Funds from bond debt will be directed to financing SMEs of the South of Russia.
