Center-invest Bank has attracted a syndicated loan amounting to RUR 1,5 billion

Center-invest Bank has attracted a syndicated loan amounting to RUR 1,5 billion for the term of 12 months.

International Moscow Bank acted as an organizer of the syndication.

An agreement on granting of this syndicated loan was signed by 13 banks of Russian Federation and Kazakhstan: OJSC “Vnesheconombank”, OJSC “Russian Bank for Development”, OJSC “The Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk”, VTB Bank AG (Austria), CJSC “Denizbank Moscow”, OJSC “Bank Zenith”, JSC “Kazcommerzbank”, OJSC Bank “Northern treasury”, CJSC “Standard Bank”, JSC “Bank TuranAlem”, CJSCB “Yapi Credi Bank Moscow”.

This syndicated loan has already become the third one attracted by Center-invest Bank. In November 2005 the Bank attracted RUR 1 billion in the Russian market and in July 2006 – USD 45 million in international financial market.

Attracted funds will allow Center-invest Bank to increase volumes of lending to enterprises and individuals of the South of Russia which will result in speeding up of regional economy industrialization.

Center-invest Bank has already attracted over 200 million Euro, these funds are channeled to financing investment projects, mortgage lending, small business development, agroindustrial complex, municipal economy and implementation of energy-saving technologies.

In accordance with national scale Moody's Interfax Rating Agency gave long-term credit rating A2.ru to the Bank.
