RosBusinessConsulting (www.rbc.ru)has published its traditional end-of-year ratings for 2008: The Best Banks for Car Loans and The Best Banks for Mortgages. Center-invest Bank ranks as one of the country’s leading banks: 25th in the car loan rating and 35th in the mortgage loan rating.

As reported by RBC.ru, in 2008 Center-invest Bank issued 4919 car loans totalling RUR2.2bn. It also issued mortgage loans totalling more than RUR1.2bn.

Center-invest Bank is one of the few banks that have not increased interest rates for existing loan agreements, including extended agreements. In February 2009, Center-invest provided retail customers with 227 loans totalling RUR27.7m.

Since February 2009, Center-invest Bank has reduced the interest rates on all of its retail loan products. Special loan terms are available to customers of Center-invest Bank who have a good credit rating with the bank, and also to employees of organisations that have accounts with Center-invest.
