03.07.2012

On June 29, 2012 Center-invest Bank fulfilled its obligation to redeem series 2 bonds at the request of owners. Investors have kept bank bonds worth over 1.1 billion rubles in their portfolios.

On the same day Center-invest closed the deal on the secondary release of series 2 totaling 1.4 billion rubles at face value. The joint organizers of the transaction were Citibank and ZENIT bank.

Thus, the bonds in circulation are in excess of 2.5 billion rubles, currently making it the largest issue of bonds by Center-invest Bank.

Traders appreciated the results that have been achieved, under extremely unfavorable world market conditions and the near complete absence of transactions, on the placement of ruble-denominated bonds in the domestic market.

Olga Vysokova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Center-invest: “Our business model of sustainable banking is reiterating its appeal, especially in turbulent markets. We are pleased with the results of the offering and extremely appreciate the professional work of the agents ZAO Citibank and Bank ZENIT. ”

Kirill Kopelovich, Head of the Investment Department of the Bank ZENIT: “In periods of high market volatility, investors are particularly attentive to where they direct money. Their interest in this secondary offering confirms that Center-invest bank is entering a select group of issuers, with interest in debt instruments that do not disappear even in the most difficult periods for the market. We, in turn, are grateful to the investors who support projects, organized by Zenit”.
