Expansion of Self-Service Cash Pay-In

03.12.2020

In 2020 Center-invest Bank began rolling out an ATM cash pay-in service for companies and sole traders as part of its business process transformation. In the first 11 months of 2020, customers paid in more than RUB8bn at ATMs.

Center-invest Bank introduced an ATM self-service cash pay-in facility for customer convenience and to reduce its customers’ costs. Customers can pay cash into their account using the nearest cash pay-in ATM. This means that they do not have to pay for a cash collection service or take cash into a branch. The funds are credited to the customer’s account almost instantly.

In line with current trends in banking services, and to optimise the operation of the cash pay-in service, the bank has installed recycling ATMs throughout its branch network: 65 in the Rostov region, 23 in Krasnodar krai and the Republic of Adygea, 6 in the Volgograd region, 5 in Stavropol krai, and 2 in Nizhny Novgorod. These ATMs can accept a larger quantity of cash than standard ATMs with a cash pay-in function.

Also for customer convenience, the bank has equipped 75 of its branches with terminals where customers can print out their own bank statements. In 2021, we plan to install this self-service technology in all of our branches that provide services for business customers.

Center-invest Bank is continually enhancing its payments and cash management services for business customers. Providing a full range of modern banking services, we act as the main payment centre for our customers. The bank currently has over 58,000 business accounts.
