Financial Literacy Center developed inclusive course with the Association for the Development of Financial Literacy

The Center-Invest Bank's Financial Literacy Center, together with the Association for the Development of Financial Literacy and other partners, have developed a special training course for volunteers to work with people with hearing impairments and disabilities.

After completing the course, volunteers will be able to convey to people with various types of violations basic economic concepts: how to set financial goals, types of bank cards and how to use them, how deposits work, what taxes are, how does insurance Russian market, how to calculate a pension.

The CFG has accumulated extensive experience in working with people with disabilities. In 2019, Center-invest Bank developed the Financial Literacy in Sign Language program, which aims to create an accessible environment for financial education for people with hearing impairments. A certified sign language interpreter conducts educational activities in sign language. Training and consultations, like all FGC courses, are free of charge.

Center-invest is the first bank to receive accreditation from the Financial Literacy Development Association. The seven-year experience of the Financial Literacy Center is a positive example of financial education in the country; it is one of the ARFG's best practices.
