550 applications were submitted by the youth of the South of Russia for the contest «Sustainable Development Goals and me». These are social, economic and infrastructure projects that that meet the Sustainable Development Goals and can be implemented both locally and replicated in any region.

The «Sustainable Development Goals and me» contest is organized by Center-invest Bank and the Center for Financial Literacy in partnership with local administrations  contest to encourage young people to share their ideas on improving the urban environment in southern Russian regions in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. The formulation of their ideas and visions of the future in terms of the SDGs allows young people to realize their role in the new world, to propose new local solutions to global problems. Residents from 55 settlements submitted applications with ideas for improving their region.

The finalists of the contest will be announced Until October 1, 2021. They will receive consulting support from mentors and specialists of the Accelerator of Center-invest Bank, partner universities. The final stage includes extended mentoring sessions for the further implementation of business projects.
