Center-invest Bank conducted an educational intensive titled "Artificial Intelligence: Prompting, Tools, and AI Agents" for the Ministry of Economic Development of the Rostov Region, dedicated to the practical implementation of artificial intelligence in the public administration system.
The event was also attended by representatives of "Rostovstat", the Federal Tax Service Office for the Rostov Region, the Regional Information and Analytical Center, and the Innovation Agency of the Rostov Region.
"Intelligence may be artificial, but responsibility remains personal", noted Vasily Vysokov, executive board of Directors of Center-invest Bank, Professor, Doctor of Economics, in his welcome address. "AI will not replace humans, but it allows for a more rapid analysis of a wider range of alternatives and methods. "
Igor Ivashchenko, Deputy executive board of Center-invest Bank, presented the analytical AI platform "Development of the Region Dashboard". The platform is a dynamic monitoring and forecasting system that aggregates over 2 million data points across nearly 4,000 indicators from statistical and banking reports covering 89 constituent entities of the country.
Sergey Zadorozhny, Head of the Platform Solutions and Services Development Department at Center-invest Bank, delivered an interactive lecture on working with language models, multi agent systems, and AI assistants.
Using specific tasks, the tools proposed by Center-invest Bank demonstrated how the use of AI can reduce the time spent working with data and documents, enabling public administration bodies to address regional development challenges more quickly and effectively.
To reinforce the knowledge gained, participants took part in team games: "Prompting Masters" and "AI Tools Landscape". Upon completion of the training, all specialists received certificates of course completion.
