Center-invest Bank held a training course titled "Artificial Intelligence: Prompting, Tools, and AI Agents" in the congress hall of its head office for business representatives — the bank’s corporate clients.
During the training, participants explored the use of the Regional Development analytical AI platform for building economic indicators and answering business-related questions. They also attended interactive lectures covering:
- how to properly formulate prompts for neural networks;
- which AI tools can support work and business operations;
- what AI agents are and how they can automate routine tasks.
Participants shared which AI systems they currently use in their work — with a significant lead, DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and Alice were the most widely adopted.
At the end of the course, a follow-up survey revealed strong demand for specialized tools capable of addressing specific business needs — including identifying new markets, resources, supply chains, sales channels, technologies, as well as technical and organizational solutions.
The knowledge gained was reinforced through the practical workshop "Masters of Prompting."
A key feature of AI training for business representatives is its targeted application toward improving productivity and enhancing the efficiency of business processes.
