From October 21 to October 23, South Region – DSTU media park in Rostov-on-Don was a base for the XI forum of software developers and mechatronics – Hackathon Autumn 2022. Center-invest Bank became a partner of the event.

 Hackathon brought together promising IT companies, regional educational institutions and more than 500 young IT professionals.

 Center-invest Bank has offered the following two cases for the Hackathon’s participants: “Developing a Financial Literacy Advancement Game” and “Virtual Event Platform.” Specialists from the Bank’s Information Technology Development Department hosted workshops on the following hot topics: the use of load-testing tools, the specifics of development and the need to combine different views in teamwork, GraphQL-based website development.

16 teams fought to win in the offered cases. The Bank’s experts worked hard at the event, advised the participants and helped the teams to find the appropriate technical solutions. As a result of two-day round-the-clock competition, the two best teams were awarded prize money.   

Center-invest Bank actively supports hackathons and cooperates with universities, public associations, and government agencies to improve financial literacy and support science and technology. The Bank is committed to the development of talented youth and contributes to the training of highly demanded IT specialists.
