Center-invest Bank took part in a joint meeting of the Commission on Innovative and Technological Development and the Expert Council on Investment Projects of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Financial, Industrial and Investment Policy on the topic Innovative Development of Industry: Investments in Business. Problems and Prospects for Achieving Technological Sovereignty of Russia.

The meeting participants discussed issues of increasing the efficiency of industrial production, investments in the development of high-tech industries and the research base, and the creation of favourable conditions for the development of innovation and digitalization of the Russian economy.

Mr. Alexander Dolganov, Ph.D. in Economics, Deputy Chairman of Center-invest Bank’s Management Board, spoke about the specifics of financing technological and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and about the experience of implementing such investment projects in the bank.

"Center-invest Bank actively promotes the development and promotion of knowledge-intensive production and high-tech business. The bank has a Business Transformation programme, during which 1,991 projects have been financed for a total of 6.6 billion roubles," said Alexander Dolganov.

Center-invest Bank occupies a leading position in Russia in terms of lending to SME projects and enterprise modernisation. The bank participates in the state programme of preferential industrial mortgages, cooperates with the Russian IT Innopolis University, and implements a special comprehensive development programme for residents of the Rostov economic zone.
