Center-invest Bank took 9th place in the annual industry banking rating, which evaluates the quality of reputation work on the Internet for the first half of 2024.
The rating was developed by AMDG digital agency basing on marketing research into consumer services in the banking sector.
When preparing the research, such parameters as the number of references on the Internet, comments on social media and the response speed to users’ requests in the banks’ official communities were taken into account. The research produced the rating which includes an integrated assessment of brand reputation management quality and local efficiency indicators of the bank’s communication policy.
