At year-end of 2022, Center-invest Bank ranked first in the number of views among financial institutions participating in the Online Financial Literacy Lessons for School Students project by the Bank of Russia and the Russian Ministry of Education. The project audience exceeded 5 million people.
For a number of years, the Bank has held the leading position in the project in the number of broadcasts and views. The goal of the Online Financial Literacy Lessons all-Russian project is to pique the students’ interest in financial literacy, promote responsible financial conduct, brief them on current financial products and services, and alert them to financial market risks.
The program participants circle included students of secondary and general educational institutions, vocational schools, organizations for orphans and abandoned children.
Experts and volunteers from Center-invest Bank’s Financial Literacy Center held 102 broadcasts with the total of 608,000 views. The two most popular training modules of the project were Personal Finance and Financial Products.
Center-invest Bank has been promoting education and financial literacy in Russia since 2012. The total of five Financial Literacy Centers currently function in Southern Russia: in Rostov, Krasnodar, Taganrog, Volgodonsk and Volgograd. The Centers have already hosted 5,400 events, educational talks and seminars, drawing more than 1.8 million visitors. Financial Literacy Centers are the backbone of Center-invest Bank’s ecosystem. Growth of financial literacy in the Bank’s regions of presence reflects its responsible approach to social development and commitment to the ESG principles.
