Center-invest Bank issued a loan under the «Green Mortgage for Business» initiative that empowers recipients to purchase commercial real estate in a higher energy efficiency class building.

Center-invest Bank’s Green Mortgage for Business plan offers targeted loans that allow to purchase commercial real estate with improved energy efficiency class e.g. A++, A+, A, as well as land parcels for commercial activities. 

 The loan recipient may be an individual entrepreneur or legal entity to get a rate of 11% for up to 10 years. The plan requires no mandatory insurance and does not restrict early repayment.
