Center-invest Bank Joins the Federal Social Benefits Project for Holders of the Mir Card

04.08.2026

From 1 August Center-invest Bank joined the Federal Project on automatic provision of social benefits through the Mir card and conducted the first transaction in Russia, which was completed by a beneficiary from the Rostov Region, as part of the pilot project.

The new service enables large families, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and students to automatically receive discounts at retail stores, pharmacies, cultural venues, and public transportation without the need to submit paper documents, by using a Mir payment card registered on the Gosuslugi (State Services) portal. The pilot project developed by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation in collaboration with the National Payment Card System (NPCS) was launched in the Rostov and Tyumen Regions, as well as in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Center-invest Bank was among the first to join the programme, ensuring the full technical readiness of its acquiring infrastructure for implementation of the new service. Among the first Mir cards linked to the Gosuslugi portal as a benefit identifier was a payment card issued by Center-invest Bank, and the card transaction was carried out through the terminal of Center-invest Bank.

"We are proud to be part of a project that makes receiving social support as convenient and seamless for clients as possible: they no longer need to carry paper IDs. Our bank is ready to continue implementing the most modern government initiatives," noted Sergey Skripka, Chairman of the Board of Center-invest Bank.

For over 30 years, Center-invest Bank has been implementing social and educational projects, supporting various categories of citizens, and systematically improving financial accessibility and quality of life for residents of the region.
