According to the analytical department of Vyberu.ru portal, mortgage plan of Center-invest Bank was ranked as the third best government-backed mortgage program in January 2023.

Experts from Vyberu.ru portal examined the criteria of current mortgage programs and rated the government-backed new-build mortgages.

In its rating process, Vyberu.ru considered such factors as interest rate and the potential for its reduction, monthly instalment and down payment amount, the total cost and term of the loan, insurance terms, and the presence of additional fees.

Center-invest Bank’s ‘government-backed mortgage program on the primary housing market’ ranked third. Customers may use the program to purchase property in a new building at a rate of 7% per annum with a minimum 15% down payment and a maximum loan term of 20 years.
