Center-invest Bank Presented its Efficiency-Driven Economy Model at the Bank of Russia Financial Congress

13.07.2026

Center-invest Bank took part in the Bank of Russia Financial Congress. The Congress participants discussed how to ensure the long-term growth of the Russian economy.

Opening the event, the Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina noted that the potential for further growth is tied to increased productivity, more efficient use of existing resources, and the economy’s ability to adapt to structural changes.

As a regional bank, Center-invest demonstrates effective solutions to economic challenges and is a participant in the "Labour Productivity" Federal Project. The bank operates under transparent terms, with no hidden fees or inflated rates. This approach makes it possible to minimise costs, maintain interest rates below the market level, and channel the clients’ cost savings into business development.

Center-invest Bank’s clients are increasing their tax payments significantly faster than the market: at the end of 2025, their growth reached 9.1%, while overall tax growth in the Rostov Region was only 1.9%.

Center-invest Bank ranked 4th in the Expert RA ranking table for SME loan volume in 2025, issuing RUB 121 billion, 78% of which went to small and medium-sized enterprises. Furthermore, at year-end 2025, Center-invest Bank’s overdue loan debt stood at less than 1%.

The topics most discussed at the Congress included, among others, the development of artificial intelligence and digital technologies, the transformation of the financial market, and the modern approaches to regulation.

The honest and proactive approach pursued by the bank helps it find creative solutions, thereby driving the development of new resources, markets, and technologies. Center-invest Bank partners with leading universities in the development of AI infrastructure and the training of qualified personnel for the region.

"We are investing in human capital: to improve digital literacy, the bank has launched an online AI training platform, held free intensive educational courses, and trained over 1,000 government officials and small business representatives to implement artificial intelligence in their work," says the Chairman of the Board, Sergey Skripka.

In 2026, the Congress was attended by 1,150 participants, including 19 foreign delegations and over 90 international delegates, among whom were the governors of central banks from a number of partner countries.
