Center-invest Bank is ranked 9th in the first industry rating among the TOP-100 Russian banks assessing the quality of reputation works on the Internet.

The rating was developed by AMDG digital agency basing on marketing research of the banking sector. The rating is aimed to promote high user service standards on the web and gives the banks an opportunity to improve their communications strategies.

When preparing the research, such parameters as the number of user references on the Internet, comments on social media and the response speed to users’ requests in the banks’ official communities were taken into account. The research produced the rating which includes an integrated assessment of brand reputation management quality and local efficiency indicators of the bank’s communication policy.
