Having successfully passed the selection held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for implementation of a new state program, Center-invest Bank is now accepting applications for corporate discounted industrial mortgages.

The program provides soft loans for the maximum term of seven years at a concessional rate of 3% to 5% per annum for purchase of industrial-purpose real estate.
