Center-invest Bank participated in the 2nd Regional Women’s Forum "Women of the Don — The Soul of the Region, " where it presented its own exhibition stand and took part in the business program.
The forum brought together more than 400 representatives from business, science, culture, government bodies, public organizations, and volunteer communities.
The bank hosted a business breakfast titled "Dreaming Is Useful" for talented and entrepreneurial women from various fields. In a welcoming atmosphere, participants shared business experiences, spoke about the projects they are working on, and discussed what helps women achieve success.
The forum’s business agenda focused on the role of women in economic development, the social sphere, and preserving the region’s cultural traditions.
Lidia Simonova, Deputy Chairman of the executive board of the Management Board of Center-invest Bank for Foreign Economic Activities, выступила as a speaker at the expert session "A Woman’s Perspective on Business in Modern Conditions." During the discussion, she shared the bank’s experience in supporting women’s entrepreneurship and spoke about financial and non-financial tools that help women successfully launch and scale their projects in the current economic environment.
At the bank’s stand, forum participants joined the "Cloud of Dreams" activity and shared their most cherished wishes. The initiative highlighted an important insight: today, active women of the Don dream not only of personal happiness, but also of development, self-realization, and the prosperity of their home region.
The forum culminated in a plenary session attended by Rostov Region Governor Yury Slyusar. Participants discussed current challenges and opportunities facing active women of the Don today.
Tatyana Vysokova, Member of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank and PhD in Economics, shared her thoughts on the secret of happiness for women in business:
