In April 2023, Center-invest Bank ranked third in the rating of the best home construction loan programmes according to the analytical department of Vyberu.ru portal.

During the study, Vyberu.ru experts reviewed home loan programmes offered by the TOP 100 banks by retail lending volume as of 01 February 2022. The Bank’s home construction loan programme is popular with its clients. The Bank extends home construction loans for a period of longer than 15 years. The benefits of the Center-invest Bank home construction loan programme include a low initial payment of 10%. The Bank accepts maternity capital both as initial payment and for debt repayment. Certificates of entitlement to state subsidies (social benefits) for partial repayment of home construction costs are also accepted as initial payment. The programme offers a fixed interest rate for the first ten years of the loan. For the remainder of the loan period (up to 20 years), interest is payable at a floating interest rate linked to the Central Bank’s key interest rate.
