Vasily Vysokov, Chairman of Center-invest Bank’s Board of Directors, Professor and Doctor of Economics, published a new book "Don creative", dedicated to the choice of sustainable trajectories of creative development of the Don territory.

The relevance of this work is associated with the adoption of the federal law "On the development of creative industries in the Russian Federation" and the need to implement it at the regional level.

The author analyses the characteristics of participants in creative markets, the historical relationship of the creative traditions of the Don Cossacks and the potential for generating creative solutions of modern Don companies in education, science, and manufacture. The author emphasizes that creativity always implies a result expressed in new forms, new ideas, new goals, new non-standard solutions in all types of activities.

"Creativity and creative work are synonyms, but in creative work the main thing is the process, while creativity always requires the final result, since for creative work it is important to ‘guess’, and for creativity — also ‘to decide’, "— emphasizes Professor Vysokov.

The book presents numerous practical examples of the creative approach of the Center-invest Bank and its clients in the development of small businesses, the introduction of artificial intelligence, the cultivation of talents and the implementation of strategic plans for the development of the region.

The results of surveys of Center-invest Bank clients on the development of innovations, a comparative analysis of data from creative industries of the Rostov Region and Moscow set the direction of creative initiatives in the Don territory.

The arguments presented convincingly confirm the position of the Center-invest Bank that every person in the Don is creative, and the main goal of the development strategy for creative industries should be to increase the global competitiveness of the creative self-awareness of residents and businesses of the Rostov Region.
