The first hackathon «SME Transformation Economics» supported by Center-invest Bank culminated at the Rostov State University of Economics.
The hackathon aimed at intensive training of specialists in the transformational economics. The projects were submitted by 23 teams (150 students, undergraduates and young scientists), who remotely prepared responses to the trends in the entrepreneurship transformation for the following areas: SME Market, Trigger, Outcomes, Scope, Options, Mechanisms, Financial and Scientific Base, Control, Data, Risks, Flexibility, Promotion, Concerned Parties and Culture of Transformations.
Transformations are the new reality, constant changing in the setting of continuous crises. Structural transformation includes the transformation of resources, products, markets, technologies, organisation and rules of management. Sovereign transformation provides copyright protection and copyright supervision of transformations. Global competitiveness is the highest form of sovereignty.
The success of the transformation depends not on how radical the actions are, but how comprehensive the approach is. These are the skills that transformation professionals need to possess.
New economists are in high demand today. Heads of enterprises and of organisations of culture and art, of women’s entrepreneurship, and of mechanical engineering have already expressed the desire to conduct similar studies on the transformation of their business processes.
