Center-invest Bank acted as a partner of the "Banking of the Future: Human-Centric Technologies for Achieving the National Goals" session of the 25th All-Russian Banking Conference and shared its experience in the pursuit of the social market responsibility business model.
The session was attended by representatives of the Bank of Russia, Moscow Exchange, financial institutions, and was moderated by Alexander Dolganov, Ph.D. in Economics, Deputy Chairman of Center-invest Bank’s Management Board.
During the conference, the speakers discussed human-centric strategies, financial literacy development practices, social responsibility of Russian banks, and the ways to improve customer experience.
Lidia Simonova, Chairperson of the Center-invest Bank’s Management Board, shared her experience in implementing and principles of the bank’s social business model. The bank uses honest, transparent terms without hidden commissions in its work, which strengthens the trust and loyalty of its clients.
"Integrity is our main asset, our core moral principle, and our main risk management tool. It is integrity that helps us and our employees make the right decisions in a timely manner, promptly, and with understanding of our clients’ needs and requirements," explains Lidia Simonova.
A high-quality loan portfolio allows the bank to maintain low interest rates without using them as allowance for excessive risks. This is in line with the principles of sustainable client-centric banking: developing long-term trusting relationships with clients rather than making immediate profits.
Center-invest Bank combines technological development of the region with the human-centric approach, digitalization and innovative management. The bank actively supports social and cultural projects, education, science, and young talents.
