The loan workflow automation project, implemented by Center-invest Bank together with NORBIT, took first place at the annual ComNews Awards 2024 in the Best Digital Solution in the Financial Sector nomination.

The loan workflow allowed the Center-invest Bank to consolidate all processes in full compliance with all regulatory requirements. The new system accompanies the application from the moment of request until the contract conclusion. In automatic mode, based on the collected data about the client, a suitable product is selected, the credit history is checked, the limit debt burden and other financial indicators are calculated.

Among the parameters for evaluating the case, the members of the expert jury of the competition took into account scalability, replicability, innovation, efficiency and significance of the project for the enterprise and the industry.

"The transition to new technology will improve the adaptability and productivity of the bank’s loan workflow in a highly competitive environment. The introduction of innovations, in particular AI, has already allowed Center-invest Bank to speed up the decision-making process on a loan application by 30%," noted Mr. Alexander Dolganov, Ph.D. in Economics, Deputy Chairman of Center-invest Bank’s Management Board.
