On 3 July, 2003 in "Directors' club Center-invest" there was held a meeting between rectors of Rostov institutions of higher education and A. Popov, The Head of Rostov Region Lawmaking Assembly. Theme of meeting was: "Scientific and Staff Supplement for Rostov Region Investment Policy."

The participants discussed directions of Don investment program law base improvement, in particular question of monitoring and estimation of efficacy of accepted region programs and economic development tendency.
