September, 20-22 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) there was held annual meeting of World Bank Group. Under the invitation of International Financial Corporation Chairman of Directors board of "Center-invest" Bank Professor, D. Sc. in economics V. V. Vysokov has taken part in international forum.

Professor Vysokov has presented a project of widening international cooperation of Small and Medium enterprises based on internet technologies and modern banking products.

The IFC's credit line is already opened for financing investment projects of Small and Medium business up today. During the meetings with heads of IFC and World Bank there were discussed questions of further partnership, including proposals of creating regional fund for financing projects of international cooperation of South Russia small enterprises.

There were also talks with German banks of widening existing credit lines for financing investment projects of Rostov and Krasnodar region enterprises
