On October 11-14, 2002 professional trainings in lending and internal audit took place within the framework of the loan agreement between Commercial Bank Center-invest and International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group (sum of loan USD 2 million, duration up to 3 years).

Pricewaterhouse Coopers experts (Olga Kucherova, Elena Kopaneva and Hans Einar Herzog) invited by the World Bank to Rostov gave trainings in modern technologies in retail lending, lending for corporate clients, small and medium businesses, and methods of risk management in accordance with the latest requirements of the Basle Committee.

Besides theoretical studies experts of the World Bank got acquainted with the practical experience of Bank Center-invest in lending and risk management and gave high evaluation for the skills and qualification of the personnel of the Bank.

The IFC adviser Mr. Randal Peterson, the leader of the group, noted: Bank Center-invest could be quite competitive in the American financial market and would provide efficient management of assets USD 300-400 million.
