The delegation from the Italian company ENOGLAS has visited Rostov-on-Don within the framework of the pilot project, aimed on creation of the joined ventures between the Rostov region and It-aly. This project was organized by the OJSC CB "Center–Invest" and the state corporation of the Ministry of production activity of Italy SIMEST.

The head of the company Enolgas Bonomi S.P.A., producing sani-tary engineering facilities, Mr. Sandro Bonomi carried on negotia-tions concerning creation of the joined venture, producing top-quality sanitary engineering facilities, with the governing body of the close joint stock company "Santarm". The OJSC CB "Center-Invest", coming as the shield or "the umbrella" of the project rendered advisory and financial assistance during this negotia-tion. The Italian side was represented by the SIMEST Corporation – the financial company, aimed on development and promotion of Ital-ian business abroad.

The OJSC CB "Center-Invest"‘s collaboration with the Italian partner started at 2002, when the pilot project was covenanted. According to this agreement The OJSC CB "Center-Invest" must pick out the investment projects and refer to the experts of the Ital-ian corporation for conclusion. In case of establishing the joined venture in Rostov region SIMEST takes all political risk guaran-tees upon itself as well as the commitment of financial support of the enterprise.
