On July 22, City Administration of Rostov-on-Don and Bank Center-invest have signed the agreement of long-term cooperation. Its aim is to increase the efficiency of the enterprises and organizations of Rostov-on-Don, to develop international cooperation and international economic relations, economy, sphere of small entrepreneurship and investment activities, to create favourable financial climate in Rostov-on-Don, to introduce plastic cards and other means of payment.

Directors of the largest enterprises of the city were present at the ceremony of signing the agreement. In his speech mayor of Rostov-on-Don Mikhail Chernyshev noted that Bank Center-invest successfully represents the capital of the South of Russia both inside the country and abroad. Partners of Bank Center-invest are the leading international financial institutions: EBRD, IFC, KfW, DEG and also largest European banks.

The mayor visited new hall for retail lending in Bank Center-invest, where he had a chance to make sure that high standards of banking services for the population of the city are adequate to the level that rostovites deserve.

The agreement doesn’t give any competitive advantages to Bank Center-invest. The Bank takes the responsibility of participating in solving rostovites’ problems. The technologies, used by Bank Center-invest, will allow doubling living standards of the Rostov citizens.

The signing of agreement is a signal for the staff of municipal services and departments concerning the working standards to follow. First of all, this concerns the culture of serving the population, acceleration of procedures of legislative registration of interests, the modern technologies of small business assistance, new industrialization of the enterprises and municipal reform.
